Ree Aldridge
I have been in the field for 10 years. I originally started out as a volunteer at a local shelter clinic in Buffalo, NY. My husband, Chris and I have a total of 16 pets together. 12 cats and 4 dogs. We consider it a hazard of our field since we get a lot of cases where owners need to surrender their pets due to unforeseen circumstances. Honestly, I cannot tell you why I love Vet Med so much. It just feels like home. Over my lifetime, I have entered different fields of work but none have ever felt like home. Vet Med just feels right.
